The room was bright, the photo is not.
How brightening runs
- 01
Read the photo
The analysis measures where the picture is too dark.
- 02
Held tight
Light, contrast and colour change, nothing else does.
- 03
Checked
Blocked shadows and blown highlights are reported to you.

Why it happens
The camera meters the whole frame and follows the bright window. The room falls into the dark.
What happens
- Shadows opened
- Dark corners lift, the contrast in the room stays.
- Highlights recovered
- A window becomes a window again, not a white patch.
- White balance
- Walls go neutral, so floor and furniture colours are true.
- The limit
- A black area stays black, only a reshoot helps there.
Questions about exposure
- Does it look artificial?
- No. When a photo is already well exposed, the answer sometimes is that nothing was needed.
- Do I have to label it?
- In our assessment no. Exposure, colour and sharpness are technical corrections, so the download reminds you of no notice.
- Does it work with phone photos?
- Yes, that is the common case. Noise is reduced first, sharpening comes after.
- What does one edit cost?
- The subscription includes 100 images, each further one costs 0.45 EUR. Final prices, no VAT.
- And if the result is wrong?
- Run the same image again, with different settings if you like. That is free once per image.
