FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does BYO API key mean?
You create your own key with OpenAI (optionally BFL) and enter it once. Every edit then runs on your account at the API's real price. We never see your key and never bill you per image.
What does an image really cost?
With your own key, 100 images cost about 1.60 EUR on Budget, 5.10 EUR on Standard and 17.40 EUR on Maximum. Subscription tools charge 60 to 110 EUR for the same 100 images.
What does the licence cost and is it a subscription?
A one-time 500 EUR licence (595 EUR incl. VAT), no subscription and no credits. It includes 5 users; every additional user is a one-time 100 EUR net. All prices plus statutory VAT. It keeps working even if the product is retired one day.
Where do my photos go?
The app is hosted and runs in your browser. Your photos are not stored on our servers; only the editing call for an image goes to the model provider you chose.
Do edited photos have to be labelled?
Purely technical corrections (exposure, white balance, sharpness) and removing small distractions do not need a label. Substantial, generative changes carry a visible mark, in line with the EU AI Act.
Can it hide defects in a property?
No. We improve the photo, we do not fake the property. Structural defects like damp, cracks and mould are never edited away.
Which AI models can I use?
OpenAI gpt-image-2 in three intensities (Budget, Standard, Maximum) as the primary engine, and FLUX.2 pro as an optional alternative for maximum resolution.
Who is it for?
Everyone who shows property: estate agents, photographers, landlords, property managers, developers and project developers, home staging, hotels, holiday flats, holiday-home portals and architects. Each gets listing-ready photos without a photo editor and without per-image fees.
