- Does a second attempt count as another image?
- The first run counts, a second run of the same image does not. Start it again yourself, with different settings if you like: 1 repeat per image stays free and is never counted.
- How long does a whole shoot take?
- About ten minutes for 25 images, because several run at once. You can close the laptop: the editing continues on our server and the results wait in the project.
- Can you tell that AI was involved?
- Only where the law requires it. Purely technical corrections (exposure, white balance, crop, sharpness) and removing small distractions carry no notice. Virtual furnishing and a replaced sky need the AI notice the EU AI Act asks for; you add it at download with a switch. Every image records which edits ran, so the question can be answered per image.
- How do I get all my images back out?
- You download every image of a project at once, at any time, even with no credit left. The original is always kept, no matter how often you edit it.
- How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
- Credit is bought in your account through Stripe, by card; activation is automatic. Every payment comes with a proper invoice. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act we do not show VAT; all prices are final prices.
- What happens to my account and my images if I stop?
- They stay. Your account, your projects, your originals and your edited images remain in your account until you delete them, even with no credit left. You can also download everything at any time.
- Is there a money-back guarantee?
- Yes: 14 days, for businesses too, no reason needed. Write to info@bildplattform.de and we refund what you have not used.
- How does the free trial work?
- Two separate budgets. Without an account you edit 3 images straight in the browser, with just your email address and a demo mark on the result. With an account 10 MORE come on top, in full resolution, without the mark and with every mode: we cover them, so there is nothing to set up and no credit card, only a confirmed e-mail address. After that you carry on with credit.
- Where do my photos go?
- Run in Germany. Your photos and edits sit in your account on our server in Nuremberg until you delete them. For the edit itself the single image goes to our technical partner who computes it (OpenAI, data centres in the USA) and comes back edited. What we may and may not do with the files is set out in the data processing agreement at /en/legal/data-processing.
- Can it hide defects in a property?
- No. We improve the photo, we do not fake the property. Structural defects like damp, cracks and mould are never edited away.
- Which AI models can I use?
- OpenAI gpt-image-2. With credit every image runs at the highest level.
- Who is it for?
- Everyone who shows property: estate agents, photographers, landlords, property managers, developers and project developers, home staging, hotels, holiday flats, holiday-home portals and architects. Each gets listing-ready photos without a photo editor.
