Pay per image

You buy credit and pay for each edited image, with no term and no expiry date. The AI provider is included in the price, so there is nothing to set up.

Hosted, ready to go

The app runs in your browser, hosted by us. Your photos and edits stay in your account on our server in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg) until you delete them. For editing, the individual image is transmitted to our AI provider.

Honest results

We make the photo better, not false. Structural defects stay visible, and for substantial changes the download reminds you to label.

What Bildplattform is

Bildplattform is AI image editing for real estate: a web application that turns the photos of a property into listing-ready images. It corrects light, colour and perspective, removes what distracts, brightens a grey sky and, if you want it to, furnishes an empty room or shows a refurbished one. You pay with credit, from 9.99 EUR for 15 images, with no term, no expiry date and nothing to set up.

Less waiting for the photo editor. More photos that are ready before the viewing. The tool takes over the routine of a shoot; it does not decide what the property looks like. Where a change goes beyond a correction, the download points you to the label German law has required since 2 August 2026; you are the one who sets it.

Who it is for

Estate agents: A whole shoot, edited in one batch, the same evening. Bright rooms, straight lines, a friendly sky, ready the same evening the listing has to go live.
Property managers: Consistent images across a whole portfolio, from a phone shot of the staircase to the rental flat after handover. Company default settings keep every colleague on the same look.
Photographers: Keep your signature and your margin. Batch the technical corrections, hand the client a before-and-after view, and spend your own time on the cover photo.

What one run looks like

Upload: Drop the photos of a property into a project. Several images at once, straight from the camera or the phone.
Room type: Tell the tool what it is looking at: living room, kitchen, bathroom, facade, garden. The edit is tuned to the room, so a bathroom is not treated like a garden.
Mode: Choose how far the edit may go: Enhance for light, colour and perspective, Enliven for lively details, Restyle for furnishing, emptying, refurbishing or a new furniture style.
Edit: The images are sent to the AI provider and come back edited. Compare before and after, edit again if you like; up to three earlier versions stay restorable.
Download with label: Pure corrections are downloaded as they are. For furnished or refurbished images the AI label required by law waits as a switch, with a note beside it while it is off.

Your data in the EU, every stop named

Bildplattform is hosted in the EU. Your account, your projects and your versions live there and nowhere else. The editing call itself goes to an AI provider, on our access at OpenAI.

For the photos you upload, you remain the data controller and we act as processor under a data processing agreement. That matters once a photo shows a doorbell nameplate, a house number or the neighbour's car. You know every station the image passes through, and there are exactly two: our EU hosting and the AI provider that computes the edit.

The pricing logic

Credit starts at 9.99 EUR for 15 images and goes up to 99.99 EUR for 200 images; the larger the pack, the less one image costs. Credit has no term and no expiry date, and you buy it inside your account through Stripe, by card. 10 test images are free and need neither a credit card nor any setup. Your account and your images stay, even with no credit left.
