Common questions

What does one image cost?

Between 0.67 and 0.50 EUR with credit. The larger the pack, the less one image costs.

Which pack suits me?

Try the 10 free test images in your account first. After that, choose by volume: the more images in a pack, the less one image costs, and credit you buy never expires.

What if an image fails?

Then nothing is charged. If an edit fails for technical reasons, your credit stays untouched, and after a temporary fault we try once more ourselves.

And if I do not like a result?

You can have every image recalculated once, free of charge, without any credit being deducted.

Does my credit expire?

No. Credit you have bought stays, with no expiry date.

Can I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel. Credit has no term, and your account and your images stay.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, with every payment. You pay by card or another method offered in the checkout.

Do I get my money back?

14 days, no reason needed. We refund what you have not used.
