Withdrawal notice

This withdrawal notice applies exclusively to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

If the customer is a business customer (entrepreneur), there is no right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, or for the provision of digital services, your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun to perform the contract after you have

first, expressly agreed that we should begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and

second, confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins,

and we have additionally provided you with a confirmation of this agreement (Section 356 (4) and (5) BGB in conjunction with Section 357 (9) BGB).
