Rooms emptied, layout visible.

Somebody else's furniture hides the layout buyers look for.

How emptying runs

  1. 01

    Measure the room

Walls, floor and windows are split from the movable parts.

  2. 02

    Remove furniture

The surface behind it continues, in the room's own light.

  3. 03

    Label it

Before and after

Source from Pexels, result from the same software you book.

The same room empty, only floor, walls and the patio door.Living room with a sofa, wall unit, television and patterned rug.AI-generatedBeforeAfter
Furnished living room, then empty: the layout becomes visible.

You set the AI notice at download yourself; we remind you there. Whether and how you label is your decision.

Why empty shows more

A wardrobe in the wrong place makes a wall look shorter. Occupied properties are rarely photographed empty.

What stays

Removed
Furniture, rugs, curtains, pictures, plants, personal things.
Kept
Floor, wall colour, windows, doors, radiators, fitted units.
Still visible
Wear, water stains and cracks, because emptying is not renovating.

Questions about emptying

Does the floor stay?
Yes. Only what stands movable in the room is removed.
Do I have to label it?
In our assessment yes, surfaces are generated. You set the AI notice at download yourself; we remind you there.
Does wear disappear too?
No. A worn floor stays worn, a water stain stays where it is.
Do I keep the original?
Yes, your original stays. For documents that record a condition, use it.
What about very full rooms?
The fuller the room, the more surface has to be generated. A second shoot is then more honest.
And if the result is wrong?
